Family, friends, and the Marysville and West Mansfield communities are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Madison Virginia Andrews, who passed away on May 26, 2026, at the age of 23 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on May 16.

Surrounded by her loving family, close friends, and the dedicated staff at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Madison fought courageously until the very end. Her passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A 2021 graduate of Marysville High School, Madison was known for her determination, intelligence, and drive to succeed. She attended Muskingum University, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, and Marketing in 2024. She later completed a master’s degree in Business Information Systems, demonstrating the remarkable dedication and ambition that defined her life.

Professionally, Madison served as Program Manager of Physician Contracts for OhioHealth’s Northern Region at Marion General Hospital and also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Hardin Memorial Hospital. Her colleagues admired her work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to helping others.

Beyond her academic and professional accomplishments, Madison was remembered for her kindness, warmth, and genuine compassion. She had a special love for animals, particularly Highland cows, and her caring nature extended to everyone she encountered. Friends and family recall her beautiful smile, uplifting spirit, and ability to make people feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

Even after her passing, Madison continued to make a difference through organ and tissue donation, helping improve the lives of more than 60 people. This final act of generosity reflected the selfless way she lived her life each day.

She is survived by her mother, Bobbi Andrews; stepfather, Scott Robinson; siblings; grandparents; nieces; and a large circle of relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Andrews, and her brother, Michael Andrews II.

Though her life was far too short, Madison’s legacy of kindness, perseverance, and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever honored as #MaddieStrong.
